This week, ARPA Canada sent its latest submission to all Members of Parliament and Senators on the issue of Freedom and Liberty. This policy report tackles the very broad issue of what it means to be free, where this freedom comes from and from whom we need freedom. It clarifies what the role of the State is and ends with a number of recommendations for practical policy implementation.
