TWU Law School – A look at last month’s Nova Scotia Court of Appeal decision in the Trinity Western Law School case. While the ruling was a “win” for TWU, it’s not everything the school’s supporters were looking for.
Pre-born Human Rights – An update on some WeNeedaLaw summertime activities. Mike Schouten was in Ottawa recently, being cross-examined on his affidavit in preparation for the “FIPPA Court Challenge.” And researcher Anna Nienhuis wrote a submission to the PEI government last month; a list of suggestions on how to regulate abortions in that Province.
