Globe and Mail, June 10, 2010: The Conservatives seem to have salvaged their faltering refugee reform legislation by working with the Bloc Quebecois and the NDP to find changes that all the political parties could stomach. Parliamentarians on the immigration committee hashed out the details into the evening Wednesday, emerging with all-party support for a bill that is substantially different than what was originally tabled this spring.
