LifeCanada is inviting various churches, organizations and individuals across Canada to join in a Day of Prayer and Fasting for the upcoming debate on euthanasia that will be taking place this fall in Quebec. The Province is set to vote on a bill that would legalize euthanasia in the province under the term “medical aid in dying”. The Day of Prayer and Fasting will be held on September 6th. People are invited to join us in their own way, according to their own faith tradition.

This issue concerns all Canadians. If Quebec is successful in challenging the Federal prohibition against euthanasia by calling the act of killing patients “medical care”, it will affect all the provinces in Canada.
